Application:
Products listed on this website are offered and sold under the terms and conditions of sale, ChicBes holds all the rights to amend or to update them without prior notice.
Products:
The images of the products are for illustrative purposes only. Certain content, products are offered via third parties, We make all reasonable efforts to truly display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors. However, we try our best to provide accurate specifications, descriptions and prices of the products. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Orders:
An electronic receipt is sent upon confirmation of the order via SMS and email. If we are unable to fulfil an order, our customer care service will approach you with all the details and refunds will be cleared if paid by card.
Product Prices:
The prices listed on ChicBes for the products are all inclusive of VAT. The price of a product does not include delivery charges. In event of a price error, we have complete authority to cancel the order.
Cancellation Policy:
ChicBes customers can cancel their order any time before it is handed over to the courier, otherwise please contact our customer care service team for assistance. ChicBes issues a full refund for any cancelled orders, which may take up to 3-30 working days depending on the payment method and issuing bank policy.
Multiple Product Orders:
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all the items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be removed from order, after informing you via a phone first. If the payment is made through a card, then it will be transferred back in full once the products are delivered to you, the payment will be refunded through a credit card or mobile money. You will always be charged for the products you order, plus any applicable shipping charges.
Payment:
We accept online payments made by Mobile Money, Visa , PayPal and MasterCard (debit/credit card). We also accept cash on delivery which applies to only orders within Kampala. All payments are accepted only in UGX currency. Any dispute arising regarding the payment shall be dealt in accordance with the laws of Uganda and our customer's hotline should be approached immediately. Please be informed all the outline transaction are safely and accurately carried out . The cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction records.
Delivery / Shipping Policy:
We are in partnership with third party courier companies to process the deliveries across the Uganda. At present we only operate within Uganda, hence our locations of delivery are within the local boundaries. There is no identity requirements at time of delivery, the customer is requested to submit his accurate address and full contact details while confirming the order and are also advised to schedule a proper timing while getting the confirmation call from the courier. We apologize in case the delivery arrives late or takes longer thane expected, you can always call our customer service team from 8:00 Am to 8:00 Pm on (256)-745688660 or send an email to [email protected], however we offer delivery within 1-5 business days if the order is confirmed before 3:00 Pm.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with our products, then just make sure to contact us within 2 days from the date your order was delivered to you. Please note that sale and promotional items cannot be refunded or exchanged online or in store. We do not refund delivery charges. Check here for more on Return and refunds.
Governing law:
All the terms and conditions of this website are governed by the laws of Uganda which are applicable to all of its districts. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of this country in the event of dispute.
Use of this site:
You can shop online from this website if you are 18 years of age or older or are using the site under the supervision of your parent(s) or legal guardian.
Unless formally authorized in writing by us, ChicBes reserves all rights to reproduce, distribute, display, sell or otherwise use the content for commercial purpose. You are solely responsible for keeping your passwords and other account identifications safe and secure.

Beauty and Cosmetics:
All the beauty products should be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, warnings and guidelines. To avoid potential reactions, always check the product's ingredients.
Limitation of liability:
In no event shall ChicBes be liable to participate for any indirect, special , incidental, consequential or punitive damages. By permission from law, we exclude all the conditions, warranties or other terms that may apply to our website or on our content. ChicBes is not liable for any loss or damage, any action taken based on the information received, through or from this website does involve ChicBes. We are also not responsible for any virus or technologically harmful material that may infect your equipment through your use of this website.
Disputes:
All the matters governing to access or usage of this website, including all disputes, will be solved under the law of Uganda. Any controversy, claim or disputes related to these terms and conditions shall be referred to and settled by the confidential bindings. No recovery may be sought or received from the damages other than out of pocket expenses, except that the privilege party will be entitled to loss and attorney's fees. ChicBes reserves the right to pursue the protection of our rights with respect to intellectual property rights and confidential information through the courts.

ChicBes will not trade with or provide services to OFAC or sanctioned countries. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. We respect the dignity of all nationalities, therefore, products with changed country flags, colors or any modification will be rejected without notification. Please be informed that we use your information to understand how our site is used and how we can improve it, which includes sending marketing emails and push notifications. Personal information is only shared with third parties with your permission for shipping and delivery purposes, otherwise, in accordance with our policy, we will not disclose or transfer your personal information.
